The Consultant represents and warrants that she has appropriate professional and public liability insurance and is registered with the Teaching Regulation Agency (TRA) and the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). A Service Agreement outlining the terms and service scope will be drawn when services are agreed with the client.
